City living is not for everyone and Atlanta city living
is no exception. Inner city Atlanta Real Estate is very
expensive (definitely not on par with NY City or San Francisco by any means),
real estate taxes are much higher and traffic is a little
more congested. However, to those living in the city, Atlanta

Real Estate taxes are a lot cheaper in the Atlanta suburbs, schools are by far better than the city (unless they are attending a private school of course) and Real Estate prices are, well let's say you get much more BANG FOR YOUR BUCK!! Depending on what side of the city you choose to live in, the Atlanta northern suburbs of Alpharetta, Cumming and Duluth offer you the added relaxation of Lake-side recreation in Lake Lanier, whereas the areas of Canton, Woodstock, Acworth, Kennesaw and Marietta offer water sport activities on Lake Allatoona.

We cannot emphasize more the importance of using a local Atlanta
mortgage lender. More often than not, people relocating to the
Atlanta area choose to use a mortgage lender from their state, either referred
to by a friend or relative... big mistake! Local Atlanta Mortgage
Lenders know the Modus Operandi and out of state lenders tend no
to be fimiliar with the closing protocol.
