Atlanta Relocation Experts

Atlanta Real Estate... deciding where to live!

For any business professional or family looking to relocate to Atlanta can be frustrating, because finding the most desirable area or suburb is always difficult to choose from. As your Atlanta Relocation Specialists we are here to provide you with sound advice on areas or suburbs we believe would be condusive to you and you family according to your needs.

Atlanta Homes for Sale are a dime a dozen so once we have narrowed down a general area or Atlanta suburb that you like, finding the home that best fits your needs becomes a lot easier. From our experience in dealing with families and professionals moving to the Atlanta area, price, distance to work and proximity to schools and shops are the 3 big determing factors when buying a home.

Families relocating to Atlanta tend to enjoy the suburban community living where homes prices are a little cheaper and schools tend to be better, and the homes are usually close to Atlanta Shopping Malls.

Business Professionals on the other hand tend to want to live in the City of Atlanta where exclusive Atlanta Condos offer a view to our majestic Atlanta City skyline. Naturally with inner city living comes higher taxes, higher prices and more congestion, but undoubtedly a very exciting and extravagant night life!

Please remember, our services are FREE to use and unlike many other States we do not work on retainers or require any obligation to use our services, but we are confident that after speaking with us you will feel comfortable enough to let us be YOUR Atlanta Realtor.

Atlanta city living VS Atlanta suburban living.

City living is not for everyone and Atlanta city living is no exception. Inner city Atlanta Real Estate is very expensive (definitely not on par with NY City or San Francisco by any means), real estate taxes are much higher and traffic is a little more congested. However, to those living in the city, Atlanta offers a fashionable night life with amazing Restaurants and Bars and the convenience of having all 4 Atlanta professional sport team arenas down town.

Areas such as Vinings, Chastain, Brookhaven, Five Points, College Park, Virginia Highlands and of course Buckhead make up some of the trendy neighnorhoods of inner city living. Of these Buckhead is the most notorius, offering extravagant Atlanta Highrise living, some of Atlanta's best restaurants (check out Buckhead Life Group) and expensive malls such as Lenox Mall and Phipps Plaza.

Atlanta surburban living is NOT that bad either. From incredible golf and tennis communities to wonderful Atlanta equestrian neighborhoods, suburban Atlanta Communites and Neighborhoods offer a dream lifestyle for those who have kids or are looking to play golf and tennis on a weekly basis. Atlanta Golfing Communities offer some of the finest Real Estate and Amenities for those looking to relax and unwind from the week.

Real Estate taxes are a lot cheaper in the Atlanta suburbs, schools are by far better than the city (unless they are attending a private school of course) and Real Estate prices are, well let's say you get much more BANG FOR YOUR BUCK!! Depending on what side of the city you choose to live in, the Atlanta northern suburbs of Alpharetta, Cumming and Duluth offer you the added relaxation of Lake-side recreation in Lake Lanier, whereas the areas of Canton, Woodstock, Acworth, Kennesaw and Marietta offer water sport activities on Lake Allatoona.

Atlanta Mortgage Lenders...
why it's best to use local!

We cannot emphasize more the importance of using a local Atlanta mortgage lender. More often than not, people relocating to the Atlanta area choose to use a mortgage lender from their state, either referred to by a friend or relative... big mistake! Local Atlanta Mortgage Lenders know the Modus Operandi and out of state lenders tend no to be fimiliar with the closing protocol.

That been said, if you choose to use a lender from a large Corporation like Wells Fargo, Chase or Bank or America, take our advice and find someone in Atlanta area.
